1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and goot11 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the goot11 website at goot11.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the goot11 Platform and close your account. Continued use of any goot11 service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information held on their account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with goot11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the contractual relationship between you and goot11. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any bonus-specific promotional terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence only in respect of that particular promotion.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the goot11 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. goot11 operates a strict minimum-age policy. Gambling by or for the benefit of persons under 18 is absolutely prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual (natural person) in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by goot11 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of goot11, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You do not hold any other active goot11 account. Each player is permitted a maximum of one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

goot11 applies robust age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documentation (such as a National ID card or passport) at any time to confirm a user's age and identity. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the full range of goot11 services, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete , and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form. You warrant that all information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is truthful and accurate. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goot11 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. goot11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost from the account security settings page. Any activity conducted on your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact goot11 customer support immediately at [email protected]. goot11 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

goot11 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the goot11 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). goot11 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; please refer to the cashier section of your account for the current list of active methods.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are detailed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. goot11 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash or Nagad, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of goot11.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your goot11 wallet within minutes of confirmed payment. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing: goot11 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for standard requests via bKash and Nagad. Processing times during peak hours, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume may be longer.
• Same-name policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the exact same legal name as the goot11 account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be refused without exception.
• Currency: All bets, winnings, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified prior to any deduction.

goot11 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits of significant value, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be refunded to the original payment method and the associated account may be reviewed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

goot11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific promotional terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all goot11 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will void the earlier bonus.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳1,000 per round or spin, unless otherwise specified. Bets in excess of this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds must be wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Abuse and fraud: goot11 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent activity is detected. This includes the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion.
• Seasonal promotions: Special promotional offers may be available during Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and other notable dates in the Bangladesh calendar. These promotions are subject to their own terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued access to the goot11 Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using information belonging to another person.
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use goot11 for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised means to interact with the Platform in a way that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting any bug, error, glitch, or misconfigured game or odds in order to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, match, or betting market.
• Attempting to access any area of the goot11 Platform that you are not authorised to access, including other users' accounts, administrative systems, or internal databases.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards goot11 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating an account on behalf of another person without goot11's explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the goot11 Platform — including but not limited to the goot11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of goot11 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the goot11 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any goot11 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any goot11 software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or branding from any goot11 content.
• Use the goot11 brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Use any goot11 content or data for commercial purposes, data scraping, aggregation, or systematic extraction.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. goot11 operates their content under valid commercial licence agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goot11 excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for any loss or damage that is not directly and solely caused by goot11's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

In particular, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, goot11 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform caused by technical failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond goot11's reasonable control (including acts of God, government restrictions, and telecommunications outages).
• Any errors in published odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations where such errors are caused by a demonstrable technical fault or data feed error. In such cases, goot11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even where goot11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where goot11's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, goot11's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your goot11 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
